I require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours are regarded as “late cancellations”. If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel late, you may be charged for your missed appointment at the normal rate for service. Fees for late cancellation and missed appointments are required as it is difficult on such short notice to book another client. Please feel free to speak with me about this policy if/when you miss an appointment or cancel late.
