Therapeutic Supports: Children & Adolescents
Our kids have many stressors in their life, now more than ever. Navigating feelings, social stress, peer relationships, trauma, grief, and transitions can be overwhelming. When our kids do not have the tools or an adaptive way to communicate how they are feeling, they will often communicate through behaviour. It is important that caregivers not feel alone when it comes to children's mental health.
Therapeutic Supports: Adults
We are relational beings, experience a range of emotions, and have an innate desire to avoid suffering and live abundant lives. Our lives are filled with many experiences. At times, we can feel overwhelmed with uncomfortable emotions. You do not have to navigate life's challenges alone
Assessments
Many caregivers worry that psychoeducational assessments are administered to find out what is wrong with their child. A psychoeducational assessment is a way to determine your child’s strengths and weaknesses in many different areas. Not only are these insights empowering but also act as a roadmap for ensuring your child learns and develops to their full potential. Knowing which natural strengths you should help your child to develop are important to improving their happiness and quality of life in the future.
